This a medical technique that originated in 1952 by Dr. Michel Pistor, French physician. In 1987, the French Academy of Medicine recognized Mesotherapy as an inherent part of traditional medicine. The technique was first used to treat such conditions as vascular diseases, sports trauma, infectious diseases, and rheumatology.
Today, physicians around the world are using mesotherapy on a daily basis for a variety of purposes including cellulite reduction, body sculpting, scar revision, and skin rejuvenation. Mesotherapy treatments improve blood flow to the cellulite area, dissolves excess fat deposits, removes fibrotic, hardened connective tissue, and improves lymphatic circulation.
